MediSpa Consulting's PHASE system provides not only the
consultation services needed to get your medical spa going,
but even more importantly, the follow-up review of your
implementation at critical times during the start-up of
your new operation.
Our recommended consulting services span
the time from our initial visit and subsequent medical
spa plan presentation, through an important initial 18-month
period to verify that you are achieving benchmark goals,
and to help make adjustments in the plan to reflect your
actual circumstances and deal with any unforeseeable issues.
Phase consulting is designed to offer
steps to success in a sequenced program. Each phase is
designed with-in a specified framework that is essential
for success. As with all our consulting, each system is
tailored to meet your unique needs, with-in the framework
of each phase. This allows us to provide you with the
essentials for success in a cost effective manner.

Two–Three Onsite Visits with offsite
support accompanied by deliverables:
- Completion of Practice questionnaire
- Initial Phone Consultation approx.

- 2-3 Weeks fact finding telephone
interviews and e-mail correspondence.
- First Onsite Visit: 1 Day; Evaluation
and Initial Onsite Consultation and critique - Includes
evaluations on practice overview, staff, environment,
technology, and marketing
- Additional 2 weeks fact finding
interviews and e-mail correspondence.
- Returning Onsite Visit: 1-2 days
on site depending on needs. Review and discussion
of written synopsis and critique identifying specific
suggestions for improvement. Basic administrative
staff training, basic clinical staff training with
certificates, written marketing plan & implementation
schedule.
- Includes: Four (4)-30 minute scheduled
telephone sessions and unlimited e-mail correspondence
during the 6 months following the second Phase I onsite
meeting.

One-two onsite visits with offsite
support accompanied by deliverables:
- 2 weeks of telephone interviews
and e-mail correspondence prior to Onsite Visit.
- Onsite Visit: 6 month review of
business and marketing plan implementation. Staff
review and training including a Q&A session. We
will conduct a business systems analysis and review.
Deliverables: we will provide a written critique of
strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
- Phase II includes two (2)-30 minute
scheduled telephone sessions and unlimited e-mail
correspondence during the 6 months following the onsite
review of Phase II.

of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
Phase III includes Two (2)-30 minute scheduled telephone
sessions and unlimited e-mail correspondence during
the 6 months following the onsite review of Phase
II.
